We then work through a protocol for making and evaluating change evolved over thousands of fits, with the aim of bringing balance, stability and connection to the space you occupy on the bike.
We fit to principles, not numbers, promoting education and understanding as well as providing an immediate result.
Your feet - their stability, the contact they have and the way you can load them - are a major ingredient in creating an optimal position on the bike.
A poor connection between the foot, shoe and pedal impacts muscle recruitment, hip/knee alignment and increases the risk of injury.
Fit2Ride uses Sidas custom footbeds to create a comfortable, stable and powerful interface inside the shoe, using vacuum cast technology to create a unique footbed made specifically for you.

We offer jig-based fits on our SRM bike, allowing us to dial in your position quickly and accurately, while assessing seat choice, crank length and bar choice.
Your seat, and how you sit on it, is the foundation stone of your position on the bike.
If that interaction isn’t optimal, nothing else can be.
